Twilight Tent Sleepovers
Rental Agreement

This Sleepover Party Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Sister Tents LLC d/b/a Twilight Tent Sleepovers, hereinafter referred to as “Provider”; and [Customer Name], hereinafter referred to as “Customer”;

1. Sleepover Party Details:

Date and Time of Sleepover Party: [Date and Time]

Location of Sleepover Party: [Address]

Number of Participants: [Number of Participants]

 

2. Rental Items:

Provider will provide the following items for the sleepover party (inventory check):

● ____ blow up mattresses

● ____ teepee shaped tents

● ____ pillows with pillow covers

● ____ fitted sheets

● ____ blankets

● ____ lap trays

● ____ lanterns

● ____ props (if provided)

● ____ decorations

● ____ extra blow up mattress

● ____ one air compressor

 

3. Rental Fee and Payment:

The total fee of [Total Amount] for the sleepover party rental has already been paid in full by the customer.


 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

In the event of cancellation by the Customer, refunds will be provided as follows:

100% refund if canceled 10 days before the event

50% refund if canceled between 2-9 days before the event

No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event

*No refund for cancellation within 10 days for parties over 6

 

5. Extended Rental Policy:

If customer wishes to extend beyond the standard drop-off or pick-up times, fees will be charged on an hourly basis and dependent on availability. However, if customer chooses to add an entire additional night to the original booking, a discounted full-night fee will apply.

Drop-off: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Pick-up: Must be completed before 3:00 PM on the agreed return date, unless otherwise arranged.

*All extensions are subject to availability and prior agreement.

 

6. Responsibilities of Customer:

● Customer is responsible for the proper care and use of the rented items.

● Customer agrees to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the sleepover party.

● Customer is responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning costs.

● Customer is responsible for creating a clear, safe space for the amount of tents rented prior to the arrival of Twilight Tent Sleepovers staff (for example: one setup is approximately 4" x 6" : a 6-tent party will need a minimum open space of 10 feet by 16 feet).

 

7. Responsibilities of Provider:

● Provider will set up and take down the rented items as agreed upon.​

● Provider will ensure that the rented items are clean and in good working condition for the party.

​● In the event of an undetected slow leak in an air mattress provided, an extra air mattress and air compressor will be provided to Customer.

 

8. Liability and Indemnification:

Provider shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs during the sleepover party. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims or liabilities.

 

9. Force Majeure:

Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control. 

 

10. Outside Vendors:

If the Provider has listed or recommended any outside vendors on its website for additional services not directly provided by Provider, it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact those vendors directly to arrange for their services. Provider shall not be held liable for any transactions, agreements, or services provided by these outside vendors. The Customer agrees to hold Provider harmless from any disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from interactions with outside vendors.

 

11. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

 

12. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
